12 ft. W x 26 ft. D Solid Wooden Garage Shed

Absolute trash. All boards were bad cuts that,/ f even stay flat enough to support weight. Company also charges outrageous fee to send you “plans” if your city asks for it during permitting.

This needs at least two-three people to install it, and it does not come with a floor, garage door, or roof shingles. All specified in product description. Although we paid 7,000, it took another 3,500 to complete the finished shed because of that. Plus we insulated and installed sheetrock inside. Pretty easy to follow instructions and materials were well documented and tagged. Lots of room inside. We reconfigured windows and one door easily. Overall a good value considering we did the work ourselves.

smooth delivery...this is the perfect size shed for us in our back yard. It's bigger than we thought, and it looks good. The installation was a little more challenging than we'd like, lots of different pieces, we had some pieces missing and the pieces were not labeled.

This is a pretty legit shed. I haven’t put it together yet, but all the parts were in order. Beware, it is over 4K lbs so you need a forklift to move it out of the shipping mechanism. I had to involve the local hardware store for help unloading

Solid shed for the price, delivered promptly

It took a while for the shed to be delivered due to the size. I’m still waiting to have it assembled because we’re actually converting it into a pool recreational house. Once we get our plans approved with the City and it is finished, I’ll post the outcome.

Just received the garage , my contractor was so amazed when he inspected the wood . When I get the structure set up will post a pic . So far love it . It weigh 3,500 lbs .

This was the most misleading product I've ever purchased. It was extremely expensive. Because of the expense and since there was not a specifications list to review, we called Wayfair and the representative sent us the kit instructions to go over. The was no indication in the instructions that the kit did NOT include the FLOORING or the GARAGE DOOR!!! It actually lists all of the items needed to put the kit together (it even noted that the roof shingles were not included), but no mention of the major items like the flooring or garage door. When the kit was delivered is when we realized this. Look at the advertised picture and there is a garage door. So, at the end of it all, the shed became even more expensive as we had to purchase flooring material, and a roll-up garage door, and roof shingles. We could have built this from scratch at a much more reasonable cost. I would NOT recommend purchasing this kit. I have purchased many large, expensive items from Wayfair and have been happy with them. This one really disappoints!
