This colander was exactly what I was looking for. I have a prep sink, and needed a strainer to accomodate it, and this worked out well. Great construction, washes up nicely, and even lovely to display. A great purchase!

Very sturdy, well-made item. Will work well as an over the sink drainer for small items such as coffee cups and a couple of spoons. Will come in very handy when washing fruit, such as strawberries. It doesn't have to be "taken out, dried and put away" with each use, because it can attractively and unobtrusively live on one side of the sink.
