Great to use both in and out of the sink, this multi-purpose flat colander is great for chopping and flat-rinsing veggies and produce. The large flat surface provides ample room to peel carrots, trim radishes. Multiple sized perforations allow the colander to dry more quickly. And the convenient corner spout collects excess peelings and shavings and easily transfer them to the trash can or compost bin to prevent the sink from clogging.
