My cats love these. We have two now, over for each cat, because the basket is their favorite part and they don't like to share. They are fairly easy to put together. I had a little bit of trouble orienting the process to the instruction booklet but that's a me-thing. It was missing one size of screw needed to securely fasten the center box. This has been a great addition to our cats’ furniture collection! The smalleryounger cat loves to sleep on the flower on top, which is made of something like memory foam, but a bit denser. I imagine it is somewhat self-heating and also helps to hold onto the heat from the window. My largest cat loves the middle level basket. She will curl up in it for hours and has since I took it out of the box. Her sister is terrified of the entire thing and avoids even being near it. I have no idea why. I picked it because it had 3 levels, and they are always together, but it has not appealed to her yet.
