Item came as expected. The doors sit unevenly by maybe 1/16 of an inch if that bothers you. The review photos make the item appear darker than what it is. Just to be clear the item is dark gray, not black

I love this shoe rack. I ordered two. I didn't have any issue with assembly as others did. My doors aligned as expected. The only drawback for me is that the holes are 'fixed' and don't allow for repositioning. My recommendation to the manufacturer is to drill more holes and allow the buyer to set the height of the shelves.

I love the storage but i wish it was deeper so that my husbands shoes could fit.

I love this! Very sturdy and I put it together myself in an hour. Usually, I am not good at putting things together but this was easy to follow!

A little difficult to assemble as they don’t provide those little stickers to indicate which piece is which but build quality is pretty solid. I am very OCD when it comes to quality from manufactured wood but it looks fantastic and well worth the price!

Overall solid piece for the price. It did take a while to assemble, and the pieces are heavy. I did do it all solo, but you may benefit from working with another person. Pieces were labelled, so that was helpful. There were very small defects such as small chipped areas (super not noticeable) and raised areas in the material that wlarr bumpy. None of these things are noticeable though unless you look for them. The only thing that is kind of driving me insane is that the doors do not line up. It's a small detail, but I can't stop staring at it. This seems something that would be easy enough to get right, but oh well. It was too much trouble to put together to consider returning now.
