Generally the kitchen cart appeared heavy and well made. The kitchen cart suffered some damage during shipping and we were offered replacement. The second cart came with missing parts and broken drawer. I really like the design of the cart so we shared parts and came up with one very nice cart. Delivery staff very nice and professional. Heather was very helpful on the phone helping us navigate resolution of our issues. We are assured manufacturer will be notified of missing parts and broken drawer. We placed cart in front of recently completed barn board wall project during our kitchen remodeling. Many compliments.
