I've gone through more curtain rods than I care to admit. This Graciella rod is the first one that has made me feel like I actually solved the problem for good. The 1-inch diameter is the difference-maker. It has real visual weight and presence on the wall, the kind that makes your curtains look intentional and designed rather than like an afterthought. The black metal finish is matte and refined, not shiny or plasticky, and it pairs beautifully with just about any curtain color or fabric, including the linen blackout panels I hung on it. These industrial pipe racks have been a great addition to both of our closets. Very simple to hang, and the black matte finish gives a clean, modern industrial look that fits well against both light and warm-toned walls. We used them to add extra hanging space in tight closet corners and awkward nooks that would otherwise go unused, and theyve held up well to daily use. The only thing is the anchors that came with it do not hold the bracket with heavy cloth, so we had to buy stronger anchors. Once we swapped those in, everything mounted securely and hasnt budged since, even with coats and heavier garments hanging on it. Well, first of all it comes in a pretty small box! I couldnt believe that the table was all included in this heavy small box. My husband and I both worked steady on construction of the table for 3 hours. I thought the instructions were concise- and extra pieces were included. The table is solid, and sturdy.
