It's been 3 times that I've bought from Latitude Run and twice, they had to replace damaged parts. In this case, the body of the firepit itself arrived dented on a corner and it affected the sides too. The top of the tank cover was also dented. The box was pretty damaged in the transport (crossed USA/Canada before arriving home) but strangely, not on the corners where the actual damages were inside so it probably was shipped already damaged/dented!!!
