When it is, combustion is more complete, fuels are utilized more efficiently and money is saved. A barometric Draft regulator maintains consistent draft by counteracting the negative forces caused by changes in temperature, barometric pressure, and the effects of wind.

Fire pit is nice, but it is not fully cast iron. Only the top part and the lid are cast iron parts. The base it sheet metal and the legs are sheet metal. If you push it along the ground too hard one of the legs may buckle. Its only about 40% cast iron. I was expecting the base and legs to be cast iron. The price was low so so I will keep it. I had a fully cast iron chiminea that lasted about 25 yrs. I was trying to get another of similar quality. There is no way this one is going to last 25 years. If it lasts 5 years then it would still be a win due to the low price.. Carl. Olney, MD. Tue May 05 2026

Cover is made of rusting (carbon) steel, which comes from the factory "shining" and starts rusting when it gets out of the box. Usually this natural process takes couple weeks. Curonian Deco products are made of high quality metal and rusting process may take up to two months. Rusting process would start faster by dipping a cover into salted water.

Exactly what I wanted!!!❤️. Lynda. Saint Paris, OH. Thu Jun 15 2023
