These beautiful chairs (in Vintage Tekwood) arrived carefully packaged and fully assembled. (The large carton is on the heavy side.) They chairs are light weight and stack easily, but they are very sturdily constructed. The chair seats are very comfortable as is and even more so with cushions -- the seats accommodate my existing cushions. The chair backs are a bit more upright than I had hoped, but they will be perfect for dining. If you are seeking chairs for reading / lounging, you might want something with a bit more slant or recline to the back. I also bought the 47" dining table (in Vintage Tekwood) to go with these chairs. The set was scheduled to be delivered on Monday, but arrived on Friday. I am a very happy customer. Exceptional Quality! This solid teak bench is solid through and through! It shipped very quickly and was very nicely packaged! Upon opening the box, the sweet teak wood aroma was very nice! Assembly was extremely easy, eight screws and done. It has a decent amount of weight but not heavy. The finish is smooth and it sits comfortably at 14 inches wide. We have a very long covered outdoor entrance and I have been looking for something to put in that space. Then I saw this bench, and although it’s a bit pricey, it’s worth it! Absolutely gorgeous! I plan to add a metal wall art piece to finish it off. The entryway looks warm and inviting now and it’s also a great place to sit and wave at my neighbors. I am so pleased with this purchase!. Lisa.
