We just got two of these set up and they seem nice, but have barely used them yet. My main issue was the inability of Wayfair to send anyone who could put them together. They are too large for one person and, while I had paid for assembly, neither the delivery guys or the assembly team (which turned out to be the same delivery guys) could assemble it. I finally just paid the delivery guys separately to help me try to figure it out and we got them assembled.. Brian. Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. Tue Dec 17 2024

Huge, and very stable for being so large. Several options to rotate. Only thing is, everything you do with the umbrella is done by one crank. With the umbrella being so big, its very heavy and that cranking motion does a job on your shoulders and arms. But its beautiful, sturdy and easy to operate. The light inside easy to operate also. I had it professionally assembled. Make sure you have a very heavy duty base for it too. It is water resistant and has been good through a couple of pretty strong windstorm weve had....just make sure to close it at the 1st sign of a wind or thunder storm. So far, I highly recommend.. Annette. Rochester, NY. Fri Jul 03 2026

Love the in ground base……this umbrella has gone through very substantial winds and have not had an issue. I bought the 12’x12’ Size and it is awesome! It provides amazing shade on our sun drenched mountain back porch. It’s substantial, impressive and beautiful. I also purchased a compatible wheeled base, which I highly recommend if you think you’ll need it to be portable. The only issue is that the upper canopy arrived with a small tear in it and we’re waiting on next steps from the manufacturer. Pending they can send me a replacement for the small upper canopy, this umbrella is a total winner!. April. Golden, CO. Sat Jul 15 2023

A very nice umbrella! We really like the navy color and the frame is sturdy. Make sure to purchase the correct base. The raising and lowering works smoothly. If you need to pivot the umbrella, you just move the handle into the pivoting gears and that also works so smoothly. This umbrella with the wheeled base was a bit more expensive than other similar products, but it looks so good. An important feature of this product is the wheeled base. It’s pretty easy to move this huge thing around even with the base filled with water. We are glad we chose the one with the wheeled base. You really don’t know where to put the umbrella in your patio or deck until you try it. The location where we placed it initially did not work well, so we moved it around to find the best spot on our deck. Without the wheels, we couldn’t have done it so easily.. Sf. Cherry Hill, NJ. Excellent patio umbrella!! The quality is great for the price. The umbrella is solar and lights up in the center and along the inside rails. I love that the umbrella stays in place. You use the bottom crank mechanism to move it from side to side. It does not move with the wind. Very easy to use the lever to move up and down. Quality canvas material in a true navy color. You will need to purchase a base separately. Piece is heavy and will not withstand heavy winds. Example pictured. Highly recommended for the price and quality.. Kristin. Fort Wayne, IN.
