This was so easy to set I’m a female that is only 5 ft tall once I had it place the inflation was so easy. I did watch a YouTube video to make sure I was doing it correctly. Took 2 hrs to fill it and about 20 hrs to heat . The only thing that I feel would be helpful is if they could supply some starter chemicals for spa hot tub. Definitely not a deal breaker I have been it twice a day since I bought it. Also anyone that has arthritis in your knees or anywhere this is wonderful to have .. Nina. New Fairfield Ct. 3rd one of these in 3 years. The last one was purchased in June of this year and stopped holding air. Wayfair refunded my money and I reordered. It's a nice hot tub. I really do like it. The 1st one lasted 3 years so got my money's worth out of it as I use it nightly from May thru Oct but the one ordered in June was a defective one. The cap that seals the air intake would seal so it wouldn't hold air. It took at least 5 calls to get it resolved but Wayfair hopefully FINALLY fixed the problem.. Anonymous. Howell, MI. Received it June 2023 and set it up in July, took down in September for the winter. We just put it back up (May 2024) and and it leaks air from the air intake valve. Did trouble shooting, tried to tighten it and still leaks. We wasted our money. Index is honoring the 1 year warranty but not too hopeful that will fix it. So disappointed it was only used for 3 moths!! UPDATE Intex sent us a new tub, warranty held up. It has held up now 2 summers!!! Update got replacement still working great after 3 years. Barb. I really love having a hot tub and this one is a great first one. The only issue I have is that I get error codes from time to time. Plus it is a steady maintenance to keep the levels right, but I am assuming that is all inflatable hot tubs. Very comfortable to sit in, very soft.. Alease. Ridgeway, VA. Fri May 09 2025

At first I was skeptical about the hot tub. I had read reviews and watched YouTube videos. When it arrived the set up was simple. Its easier to watch a YouTube video than follow the instructions. Blow up time was literally less than 10 minutes. It hasnt deflated by it self which I read and the water holds temperature well. I highly recommend getting the insurance. I had to get a new unit because mine had an error code about the the unit. They looked up my info and I sent the receipt as request and I had a new motor within a week. This purchase was 100 worth it.. Amanda. US. Mon Apr 15 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I have always wanted a hot tub, but the cost alone always stopped us. Pier spa plus portable hot tub is a game changer not only was it affordable and easy to set up but now we have a hot tub to enjoy three seasons out of the year! We thought about trying it through the winter but since we live way up north, we thought this might be expensive. It is easy to use and wonderful to have available after a hard days work.. Amberlea. We’ve had this for three days and been in it since day one! We couldn’t wait after putting it up one night after work and stayed in it until midnight! I’ve read the drawbacks of the error codes and was concerned enough I got the warranty plan. But I can’t speak to that yet but somethings I wish were clearer in the description I’ll share. It comes with a cover and two head rest. The spa Kit accessory comes with another headrest and one seat. You’ll need to buy a seat if you want two. I’m not sure how important that is to spend an extra 25 but I did anyway. They supply a pad to put the hot tub on. It is big! Measure and plan based on the diameter. It’s relatively easy to set up. For the price, I like it and will help us plan for the purchase of the real thing when they ever get in stock. If it makes it three years I’ll be happy.. Natasha. Mon Aug 02 2021

The spa works for us, but it arrived with the wrong cover and shortly after using it we realized that the filtration system was not working properly. According to Wayfair, we have to file a claim with Intex since it's still covered under the one year warranty. Intex no longer carries the spa and they request too many details to just start the claim process. Very frustrated. It's still better than buying a $7-12k tub, but don't buy closeouts!. Kevin. Intel has always been a great product. Our last hot tub lasted well over 5 years. This new hot tub with it’s pretty cool Wi-Fi capability is awesome. I can monitor, or program, or control, my tub from my iPhone. Sets up easy. I like the new style cover as well. It came with this cool drink tray (lighted), headrest, chlorine tablet ball for 1” tabs, filters and a in tub light. So far so good.. Santiago. Sat Apr 29 2023
