Received it June 2023 and set it up in July, took down in September for the winter. We just put it back up (May 2024) and and it leaks air from the air intake valve. Did trouble shooting, tried to tighten it and still leaks. We wasted our money. Index is honoring the 1 year warranty but not too hopeful that will fix it. So disappointed it was only used for 3 moths!! UPDATE Intex sent us a new tub, warranty held up. It has held up now 2 summers!!! Update got replacement still working great after 3 years. Barb. We love this and are in it every night. Simple to inflate and run. And holy cow the jets just bubble the stress away. I had read reviews that complained about it not heating up, but we did not have an issue. We had it up to 108 24 hours after we set it up. Had to back it down to 102. Great purchase. I’d recommend this hot tub. After lots of research, I liked the Saluspa brand and wanted to be able to use it all year with winter protection. The pumpmotor is built into the side of the tub so it should help keep it protected over winter. It comes with an inflatable cover that has a skirt around the edge to keep in the heat. It heats up over a few hours, but stays at temperature while the bubbles run for 30 minutes.. Ash. Sun Jul 12 2026

At first I was skeptical about the hot tub. I had read reviews and watched YouTube videos. When it arrived the set up was simple. Its easier to watch a YouTube video than follow the instructions. Blow up time was literally less than 10 minutes. It hasnt deflated by it self which I read and the water holds temperature well. I highly recommend getting the insurance. I had to get a new unit because mine had an error code about the the unit. They looked up my info and I sent the receipt as request and I had a new motor within a week. This purchase was 100 worth it.. Amanda. US. Mon Apr 15 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been trying to decide between a blow up and a regular spa for some time now, Ultimately we decided on this spa, mainly because of convenience and cost. Set it up last week and WOW, it is pretty awesome! We used to have a regular spa year ago and I actually think I like this better, LOL. I actually really like how there are no seats, so you have more room to move around and stretch and relax. The bubbles are really relaxing! Sometimes with spas you get the jets that are just too hard, but not these. Almost perfect. Setup was a piece of cake too! Did it all myself in about an hour. Only took a day to heat up. So one thing I've noticed it that is sensitive to, is the E90 error code. I have gotten it a few times, only when I'm heating it. But realized that it was because I had both filters on. I kept just the one by the pump on, and that fixed the code from reappearing. Will have to report back with the longevity, which is what I'm most worried about, so we'll see. But for now, it's definitely a 5/5. We put this on our upstairs deck, which is also another reason we went with the blow up, since it weighs less and is now exactly where we want it! Making sure to keep it covered out of the sun, which would probably wear it out much sooner. If you're hesitant, don't be! It's awesome!!. Thanhh16. Tue May 28 2024
