Burner works great! Only minus is the lighting on this 700 series is unable to connect thru the 500 series BBQ. It requires a separate and expensive power supply to activate the lights. Was thrilled to get this grill as a gift celebrating my retirement. It had been on my wish list. Every aspect of this grill speaks quality and the design is well laid out. The sizzle station is amazing and is also useful for cooking delicate fish in my cast iron frying pans. This grill heats up fast and puts out amazing heat. Still experimenting with settings. Grill lighting is effortless and back lit controls is a nice touch. I look forward every week to try new grilling recipes. Excellent grill. These are packaged well considering all the parts included. The outside of the box was worse for wear but inside everything was immaculate. Putting it together was simple. 10mm hex socket and ratchet and a Philips screwdriver is about all that is needed for install. Make sure if you have cast iron grids they are seasoned properly.
