Great grill, but arrived damaged and dirty We really like this grill and are happy with its overall size, features, and performance. It has plenty of cooking space and looks great once assembled. Unfortunately, ours arrived with a dent in the grill, along with what appeared to be animal paw prints on the cooking surface and several stains/discolorations. The condition of the grill surface was especially concerning because this is a product that is meant to be used for cooking food. We were able to clean it, but for a brand-new grill, I expected it to arrive clean, undamaged, and ready to use. The packaging should also do a better job of protecting the grill from damage during shipping. Overall, we like the grill itself, but the condition it arrived in definitely took away from the experience.
