Overall very pretty and sturdy. I am grateful I hired the delivery people to put it together. The cement top is very heavy. I had a concern with one top bolt not same amount tightened but all seems to be secure. I like that there is a cover for the umbrella opening. And perhaps it’s my uneven patio causing the issue. The only other item that was different is the color of the top is a lot darker than what was shown in the pictures. Very dark gray. It works but preference was the lighter gray as shown. Beautiful, well-designed, assembly went smoothly. As stated in the description, the table is light and sturdy at the same time. Measurements: 89.5" unextended; 1 leaf = 110"; 2 leaves = 130.5". Leaves store in the table, whether you're using 1 or 2. The bottom of the apron is 26.5" from the ground. The table is gorgeous. It looks green tinted in the photos but it is not so in person. It is a bit wobbly and I have to put something under the leg. I love that it is upcycled teak. Update: After a rain, the table is no longer wobbly. I think that wood was really dried out from being stored in the factory and all of the silica packs in the shipping box.. Mrc. New England.
