Our sail shade poles for ground are precision machined from solid steel. They are 2.5 inches in diameter and 1.8mm thick. They consist of three connecting sections and total 10 feet in length. Update: we have the sail but are waiting on facilities to install. I appreciate how sturdy the handles/hooks are. Also being shipped to our new house.
