Love the way it turned out. It’s definitely a two person job. It was fairly simple assembly until you get to the roofing part. Putting on the metal roof was a challenge, but workable with two people- one on a ladder. The holes lined up exactly with all pieces, but a few times we had to maneuver them and adjust to line things up. We did line up all of the roofing pieces on the ground before beginning as shown in the instructions. Highly suggest that. After assembly, it didn’t not feel as sturdy as we wanted, so we mounted ours to 4 x 4’s and staked those into the ground with rebar. Feels sturdy now. We are very pleased with it.. Kellye. Arrives in four boxes. Mine arrived next day. Everything is packaged nicely. I had two pieces of bent metal for the side of the roof that I just bent back with vice grips. The instructions are fairly straightforward, mostly just pictures, however. Several times I had to read forward few steps to see which way something was supposed to face or be assembled. They definitely could be better. The roof panels are probably the most time consuming portion. You have to make sure the panels are lined exactly up on the front of the wood in the back or they will not fit properly at all. Definitely need to take your time and make sure that's done perfectly. Same with the metal pieces that go around the edge of the metal roofing. The stain on the wood is fairly thin. I was only given four anchors to drill into concrete. I ended up buying more. EDIT: We received a large amount of heavy snow and ice and before I was able to clear it off the roof it did cause two of the roof supports to crack. I contacted the company and thought NO WAY anyone get back to me. They did! several times. No issues, Once they confirmed what I needed they sent me one the boxes that contained those parts arrived two days later. Great communication, stood behind their product.. Gary. Whiting, NJ. Very strong .. solid when built. Quality is all there so far. Couple gripes and maybe they aren’t terrible but the sides under the serving decks really could be more functional .. i.e. racks for spices, paper, aluminum foil etc .. just seems like a missed opportunity to make this perfect. I love this grill gazebo! I chose the gray color, and while I do wish it came in black to better match our hard top canopy, it still looks great overall. Assembly did take some time, and I wasn’t a big fan of the directions—they could definitely be clearer. That said, once it was set up, it was totally worth it. I really love that the awnings can collapse, and the built-in hooks are super convenient for hanging grilling tools. There’s even a hook for a fan or light, which is a nice bonus. Good quality, not heavy duty but close. Instructions are difficult to decipher, take your time. I did it by myself with a little help holding things from my wife and kids. Don’t tighten boltsscrews too soon. Leave parts loose to fit and then tighten. No missing parts and no major damage from shipping. Fits BBQ, smoker and pizza oven. Snug but enough room.
