Hot tub is perfectly fine but the delivery experience was not great. Delivery was to a ski condo in Vermont so admittedly a remote location but they only sent 2 guys and could barely get it off the truck safely let alone move it to any location besides the driveway. For an item at this price point I would have expected better delivery and customer service.. Robert. Boston, MA. Sat Feb 08 2025
