I was disappointed from the actual delivery through the assembly. The box came all taped up. I did not pay for an open box item, I paid for a new one. After pulling out all the pieces, I noticed many areas of sup par welding and the lack of powder coating paint on the metal. There were so many exposed areas for rust to start accumulating from the spa water or weather in general. Finally, to prove that the box was opened prior to me, we found someone’s Iphone attachment charger. If it didn’t weigh so much, I would have returned it in a minute.. Theresa. Stafford, VA.
