The feeder is great. It's very pretty and the birds took to it very quickly. The camera is clear as well. I wish it identified birds. Apparently, you can only get a lifetime subscription for 1 feeder and we already have one. But most of the ones that hit one feeder, hit the other. So I'm still happy with it.

Very nice feeder with superb resolution camera. Attached the feeder to a pole with squirrel baffle underneath. Hopefully will deter squirrels. Baffle makes cute sliding board for birds! Very well-designed app. Love the bamboo wood. Easy to fill from top. Took a couple days for birds to become familiar with it. Would definitely buy again.

This product is high quality. Even the packaging for the shipping was high quality. I look forward to many happy days feeding and watching the birds.

This bamboo feeder is attractive and well constructed. The natural look and eco-friendliness are a real plus. It requires very little assembly. We had it pole-mounted in minutes and had our first feathered visitor within the first hour. The instructions were complete and easy to understand. The camera and smart technology are incredible, providing vivid pictures and bird identification. It is a nice addition to our other Birdfy products. I would definitely recommend this product.

Great products! There was a piece missing but we have reached out to Birdfy and they have asked for info so they can get us a replacement piece. We have enjoyed all of our other feeders and houses and can’t wait to try more! We give them for gifts all the time!

I’ve tested this feeder in two spots on my property using the included pole mount, and it performs very well. It’s sturdy, with two feeding chambers for different seeds, and a secure locking lid that keeps seed dry. The optional extended perch is great for larger birds. The Birdfy app makes it easy to review videos—just make sure it's updated for the smoothest experience. Occasionally, a video will pause awkwardly, but I’m hopeful this will improve with updates. Overall, I’m happy with this feeder and love seeing which birds come to visit!

The whole process reminds me of an 'Apple Product' purchase....incredibly well engineered packaging, the product is QUALITY and you can tell when you open it, feel it and use it. It's just an impressive product. I have ordered 2 other Birdfy solar powered feeders and have been 100% satisfied with all of the products I have received. They have been in continuous use for a year or more with NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER! I have had other camera feeders, but they have not been of the same quality or performance. Honestly, the prices were almost the same. Once finding the Birdfy products, I will not buy another feeder camera system OTHER THAN Birdfy!!! Set it up and forget it...the pictures just keep on coming and all I do is add feed from time to time. I'm excited with the new Bamboo Birdfy feeder as it is is made of natural materials and blends in well in the trees where I mounted it. Can't wait to see how it performs. I have attracted quite a group of birds with the 3 feeders on the same piece of property. Putting them in different types of locations allows me to see many different species as some species prefer wide open spaces and others prefer more private and heavily treed areas.

A beautiful feeder! I am a little worried about squirrels damaging it so I will need to work on that. I love being able to see birds in my yard up close. I’m hoping it will last a long time and provide lots of entertainment.
