Best Light Shades With Reviews

I love this lamp shade. I hadn’t seen my bestie for over a year because of Covid and we finally got together at her home and she had done some beautiful redecorating. However over on the side lost in clean lines and crisp white was the lamp shade she proudly said “ it matches the fabric on the chair” NOT. So my search began and I found this lamp. Once it was delivered I was more than happy to find out it was the cherry on top of her living room remodel

I purchased this in the Kelly Green color. I purchased two and the color is consistent. I chose this color because I am using these lamps more for ambiance than for lighting. If you need more light, you should choose a white shade. They are well fitted for a lamp whose base is about 8 in high. They arrived in good condition and their measurements were as described. They are not the best quality lampshades I have seen, but they are definitely acceptable. Make sure to check the measurements of the shade against the measurement of your lamp and its harp. These shades are for a small table lamp and not for a large lamp. They might also work for swing arm scones.

We purchased a new house and I decided to start over after 25 years with some new items an get rid of the old used ones. I also wanted to start fresh and be more organized. Cool looking metal shade. I love the dots of light showing through the punched holes. In the reviews, many people talked about liking that the shade came as a set of two. The one I purchased said only one, and I received only one. Just to be clear in case the reviews give the impression you will be receiving two. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the shade is put together with two seams, one down each side. Normally, you can swivel a shade so that the seam is in the back, but you can't do that with seams on both sides. Otherwise, I like it a lot. Kind of a industry-chic look.

Premièrement, j'ai reçu votre courriel avant de recevoir la marchandise! Donc, je ne pouvais pas donner mon avis tout de suite. J'ai aussi reçu un courriel me disant que la marchandise a été livré (elle ne l'était pas) mais elle était en transit au bureau de Wayfair au Kentucky. Cela porte à confusion et j'ai perdu mon temps à appeler FedEx et Wayfair pour savoir où mon colis avait été livré réellement. Sinon, les abat-jours sont un peu plus petite que ce que je voulais, mais c'est quand même beau dans la salle à dîner. Elles remplacent celles qui était sur mon luminaire, ça change le style.

My new red (really red, not cranberry, burgundy, rust, etc.!) are perfect on my dining room chandelier. They are elegant and the perfect complement to my Christmas decor. The only slight problem, is that the clips are not snug enough around my candelabra light bulbs, so holding the shades upright can be a challenge. Otherwise, they really are lovely. The price was right and quick delivery in time for Christmas was appreciated. Thank you. M in NH

I had been looking a long time to find the right shades for some wall sconces I had. Originally, I had white shades but didn't love them. I decided to go with the black with gold interior (the gold casts a beautiful warm glow to the room at night), I absolutely LOVE them! they are so worth it. They are not exactly the same size as my original shades, as I was unable to get the same dimensions, but I just made sure that the the height was almost the same (I went 1" longer with these).

I have been searching for a new lamp shade to compliment a lamp that my grandpa built from old wagon wheel centers. Prices were astronomical, I couldn't figure out when in time lampshades went from cheap $15, up to $60 or more as a standard price, it baffled my mind!! Then this one came in my email as an option, and I was tickled pink! It is perfect! I have installed it and the light it gives is so soft in comparison to the old look of the wood of the wheel. I'm so glad I went with my gut on this one, as it is perfect for my grandpa's lamp. He's no longer with us, but I know he would be so proud that I have it all together again and it is an important piece of my newly renovated office.

I was very pleased with the lampshades I ordered recently. They have replaced the original shades on a pair of brass Stiffel lamps and have really rejuvenated their look. The shades are a good quality finish and fabric and the eggshell colour is perfect. Note that they are not a beige colour, as described, and are marked eggshell on the cellophane packaging. My only regret is having waited so long to replace the old ones. Delivery time was very reasonable as well. Thank you.

Love these globes. Actually used for bathroom Reno....not ceiling fan. With the white LED dimmable candelabra bulbs, a dimmer switch, and a bit of fresh white paint over the previously bronze light fixtures.... “walaa”....entire different look! High quality....just what I needed to complete bathroom Reno! PS Vanities, Tub, Faucets, and Shower curtain all through Wayfair! YaY!

I had a hard time finding a clip on lampshade they must not be popular. The price seemed high but I needed it for an old lamp and it did look nice. It was shipped quickly. I like it but thought it was kind of expensive for being so small

Oatmeal is more of a beige color, which is what I wanted. Lovely, modern, rectangular shape which compliments a modern/contemporary decor-great with modern leather furniture. Existing lamps had a center pipe/tube which was too high (20"H shades); I was able to swap out for a shorter pipe so the light bulbs aren't seen at the bottom due to the shorter height in these 16" tall shades. The shades have the "spider" supports/attachments fit perfectly with the now shorter tube/pipe stem. The rectangular shades are handsome, with a bit of texture and an "ecru" color.

Just what I was looking for this double, desk lamp. The bulb does not shine through and the gold, silk like material on the inside gives it a nice warm glow with the right temperature light bulb. I was a little concerned about the packing and shipping of it as it was a light, custom box. From the outside it looked dented in on one side, fortunately it was one of the open ends of the lamp and no apparent misshape, or damage to fabric edges. There is a recess of the spiderfinial about an inch below the top surface of the shade. Fortunately my lamp finial is a large loop so it still shows. Just something to take into consideration. I think it is a good option that will help avert your eyes from direct contact when walking by, but your finial may not show if it’s only an inch.
