I ordered these lights to put in a garden bed so I could see it at night from my window in my house. They came unassembled, but it was easy to put them together. It has two different attachment options included so you can put the stake in to put it in the ground or screws and a plate if you are hanging them somewhere. Make sure you take the clear plastic off the top and turn the button to on before you install them. They came with a charge which was nice so I got to see them on the first night. They make my garden look beautiful and easy to see from the house, but are dim enough that they don't light up the whole yard.
