This is another one of those things that I loved when I saw it and then saw it again...and again. So I finally got it! So happy with it. It is absolutely perfect in the room I got it for. Do note that the lamp comes with plenty of cord and chain to hang it from a higher ceiling. I have a standard height ceiling in the room pictured and installed the lamp by using just the chain lock connector that came with the supplied chain. It worked beautifully, with the lamp not hanging too low in the room for my preference when installed this way. The metal finish on this is very nice as are all of the glass pieces. Installation was pretty straightforward, with the part that took the longest being attaching the glass pieces to the frame. Looks beautiful in my dining room. It comes with multiple down rods so you can adjust how low it hangs, and it has a hinge for angled ceilings. Installation hardware is solid. The only issues I had were that the arms were a bit loose and required taking part of the fixture apart to tighten them, and that the hot/neutral wires are only marked at the end—for shorter installations you have to visually trace the wires and label before trimming them down.. The chandelier is just as pretty as the pictures. The wood color is medium brown. It lights up a 200sq ft living space brightly with the recommended 40 watt bulbs. It’s sufficient for working light also. It arrived with the box damaged, but all of the contents were protected well. There were no damages or scratches to any of the product. One of the candle sticks was a little bent, but it was easily corrected by bending it straight. The instructions were difficult. I expected this from other reviews, but it truly was easy to figure out without the instructions. It’s not a complicated assembly. The price is not representative of the quality. It truly is beautiful, sturdy, and appears high-end. I recommend researching standard chandelier installation videos if you are diy.
