I wanted a fan with white blades and brass body to work with Lutron Caseta in wall fan and light controls. This does come with a wall control in the box but worked without any issue with the Lutron controls. I wasn't a fan of the black blades but for less than $25 you can buy white replacement fan blades from Craftmade. I do wish they sold this fan in that configuration out of the box.. Eric. I got 3 for my bedrooms in my new townhouse and they look great. All run very quiet and no issues with balance at low or high speed. Remote still has the original batteries in them 4 years later. Only thing about these designs of fans is that the light is not going to illuminate a room as much as one with multiple larger bulbs, but this design looks clean and makes it easy to clean the fixture. Extremely nice fan for our large two story great room!!! Almost no noise but good rotation to circulate air in tall space!!! Light is great and dimmer button and entire thing controlled by remote!
