This light will definitely brighten our dining space. It's temporarily going to be off center until my electrician can move the holes and refinish the ceiling but it will do the job. Currently I have a long, outdated chandelier over nothing in our kitchen remodel and people keep hitting their heads. For now, this will match the newer part of my kitchen and be less injurious as well as less obvious on my ceiling. I will update after the electrician has completed his task. This light came broken, and we did some JB Weld to try to fix it, but it doesnt work. The pieces thst screw together on the rod do not match threads, one is bigger so the weight of the light is held up with the wiring. The light will have to be replaced with something else.
