This flush mount light is absolutely beautiful and the phots I've taken don't do it justice so I am not going to post them. It is a little flashy, so you need to appreciate bling. It has some weight to it so the mounting plate will need to be solid. Once or if you have the correct mounting the connection is simple. Getting the light bulbs installed was tricky to maneuver due to the small space to fit in 6 bulbs. Installing the 109 or so faux crystals is time consuming; an 40 minutes maybe. All in it took a little over an hour. I bought two of them and had two issues with the second one; 2 of the 6 sockets did not work and it was missing 1 crystal. I emailed the manufacturer. I really love this light. I got it to replace the basic, boring, and outdated builders flush mount in a small coat closet under the stairs. It’s stunning! Different, but elegant and yet still gives a cozy, craftsman vibe. The hammered “water glass” shade is beautiful! It did take some putting together, as the metal brackets holding the shade are all separate and need to be assembled prior to mounting. The instructions weren’t great, but the wiring is standard. I’m super pleased with how it looks and the light it gives off, even with 2 bulbs, it’s plenty of light. Lights are notoriously difficult to capture, and the glow it gives off is a little warmer and softer than the pictures show, but I did my best. This was a great find for me. Package was delivered timely and packaged securely, so there was no damage to the product. They give you an additional two glass globes just in case you break one while installing lol. I will say the install was very nerve wracking because you had to attach these hooks to the balls and then attach them to the springs that are on the flushed mount. It puts you in the mind of attaching hooks to a Christmas ornament. You have to be very careful when installing not to risk dropping and breaking one.
