I really love this light. I got it to replace the basic, boring, and outdated builders flush mount in a small coat closet under the stairs. It’s stunning! Different, but elegant and yet still gives a cozy, craftsman vibe. The hammered “water glass” shade is beautiful! It did take some putting together, as the metal brackets holding the shade are all separate and need to be assembled prior to mounting. The instructions weren’t great, but the wiring is standard. I’m super pleased with how it looks and the light it gives off, even with 2 bulbs, it’s plenty of light. Lights are notoriously difficult to capture, and the glow it gives off is a little warmer and softer than the pictures show, but I did my best. This flush mount light is absolutely beautiful and the phots I've taken don't do it justice so I am not going to post them. It is a little flashy, so you need to appreciate bling. It has some weight to it so the mounting plate will need to be solid. Once or if you have the correct mounting the connection is simple. Getting the light bulbs installed was tricky to maneuver due to the small space to fit in 6 bulbs. Installing the 109 or so faux crystals is time consuming; an 40 minutes maybe. All in it took a little over an hour. I bought two of them and had two issues with the second one; 2 of the 6 sockets did not work and it was missing 1 crystal. I emailed the manufacturer. It puts you in the mind of attaching hooks to a Christmas ornament. You have to be very careful when installing not to risk dropping and breaking one. The seeded glass on this semi flush mount ceiling light fixture is beautiful. The only issue is that the glass shade on the fixture is very heavy. Unfortunately, the location where I attempted to install it has a larger hole in the ceiling than the cover cap on the fixture. For those two reasons I ended up taking the fixture down because I did not feel it was secured in place due to the weight and also the ceiling looked terrible. I will definitely install this fixture in a different location, but I will ensure the narrow base will cover the ceiling hole. The issue with my ceiling is no reflection on the light itself.
