The three wires were a hair short and trying to attach them to the existing hard wires proved to be very challenging. But, once it was done, there was STILL more assembly to be done. Nice looking light with three bulbs. We placed this in a bathroom to replace an old fixture and it was a good upgrade. Everything was straightforward with installation which took about 20 minutes. The glass part of the fixture is very heavy and thick. I strongly recommend not attaching until the wiring and base is mounted. The instructions were mute on the issue but luckily I did it correctly.
