Realize then too, the sales person did not give me the discount of 10 as promised. That sales person said she would give me a 10 discount if I were to call back and place the order with her, as she received a commission for the sale. When I decided I did not need to use their installer, I called them back to ask them to subtract their installation fee. The person I spoke to on the phone was amazing at giving me the difference in price as she saw the information in the notes, but not on the finals bill of sale. She was great!
