I ordered this chandelier for my dining room & thought it was lovely, but ended up returning it. The finish is definitely a silver tone; no gold hue whatsoever. While that's noted in the description, some of the pictures gave it a bit of an antique gold tone which is what I was going for. My husband didn't even pull the entire chandelier out of the box because we knew it wouldn't work. So I am guilty of not reading the description close enough! I didn't realize the petals were acrylic, for some reason I though they were glass, that's one me. This was a real challenge to put together, a lot of parts and very little instruction. It would be helpful if you've put together lighting fixtures before so you can tell if you have everything you need to assemble. It is lovely, but not exactly what I was looking for.
