The solar fence lights were very easy to install. It was nice that they came with a template for proper screw placement which seems to be uncommon these days. All in all it took me approximately 20 minutes to install all eight of them and they do look really nice. I like that there are multiple light choices and they can all be the same or different depending on the occasion. They are very easy to change from one color to the next. 2 of the 6 would not charge - no light, period - plus, almost any reasonably sized pot/planter placed on this solar base, blocks enough of the charging area of three solar panels to prevent charging - for the four that worked, they had to "sit" in the direct sun during the day without a pot/planter on them to get enough of a charge to light up for 3 or 4 hours after dark - for the ones that did work, they did provide a nice looking light around and vertically along the pot/planter, but to use these every day is just too much of a hassle - they're poorly designed and overall, they are unreliable.
