These lights are exactly as pictured and are what we needed to cover a patch in our ceiling where the old light was. Update: couldn't wait any longer. I asked a professional how to install thos light they told me exactly how to do and I did it. It was actually easy. The only hard part was holding my arms up to attach to the ceiling, and getting over the fear that im going to electrocute myself. I shook the fear off and I did it. It took me a little longer because I didn't have a ladder but if I did it would have been done in a flash. My daughter loves it. What I like about it is that it has several light options. You know when you have your light on but its just not bright enough or its to bright. This light fixes all of that with the different light settings. My daughter likes the color option the best. Great for all ages. 5 stars. my daughter really wants this light so I ordered it because I thought it was plug-in type . Its not its hardwire. I dont know anything about electrical installation so I was going to send it back and being that Wayfair has no problem with keeping there customers happy thats one of the main reasons I always shop there first I was given the opportunity to return. With easy instructions. However my son told his sister he will put it up for her when he gets back from deployment so I know this light has got to be 5 stars because shes waiting. No assembly was required, it was good to go straight out of the box.
