I have received the floor lamp shipment; however, upon beginning the assembly process, I discovered that the tri-leg component required for the top assembly is missing. Had I been aware of this omission, I would have deferred the assembly process. Furthermore, the top section arrived damaged, and one of the legs is bent. As this item was purchased as new rather than an open-box unit, it is disappointing to receive a damaged product in its original packaging. Despite these issues, I am quite pleased with the design of the lamp and the functionality of the controller. Low-maintenance and easy to clean with the wipe of a dry cloth, rest assured that this piece is made to last.

I really love this lamp and purchased based on the pictures and did not read the description. Note that the description states the glass shade is a green-grey. It absolutely is. It is not overly green and still works in my space, but it is absolutely green-grey. The color on the base of my lamp has a large spot missing from rubbing off during shipping. Luckily, it is where the cord comes out so it faces the wall and no one will ever see it. I gave it 4 stars because of the missing paint and no pictures to depict the green-ness.. Cynthia.
