Exactly what I needed for the reading corner. Comes with the ability to hardwire instead of plug in, but in our case we preferred the plug in to avoid calling an electrician. My only complaint, which is not a feature of the sconce but rather my own problem, is that I put it in a spot where the cord is fully visible, I need to figure out a way to hide that better. We wanted to elevate the look in our dining area. These fluted wall sconces really did the trick! The space went from meh to marvelous. Installation was easy. Removing them from the bracket to charge is a simple task. Although each sconce came with it’s own remote and batteries, we are able to use one to operate both. If they are used often, I would suggest charging at night and replacing them on the wall the next morning. This will allow for longer use.
