I love this lamp! Its so classy looking with its textured base and linen-look shade. Instantly updated the look of my space and gives off the perfect amount of warm ambience while still providing light to the space. Packaged great with no damage and was super easy to assemble. My only qualm is the only way to turn it on and off is with a switch on the cord. Not the end of the world for me since it was put on a side table near two seated areas where I can easily reach back to hit the switch. But if youre looking for something that you can hide the cord entirely or wont have access to it after you plug it in, this might not work for you. The lamp shades come with a skeleton and then the fabric portion needs to be rolled out and secured with the Velcro. It’s been several days and after several adjustments it’s still not perfect. These lamps were exactly what we were looking for to use in a dorm room. Perfect size to sit on top of a small dresser. The lampshade is unusual but clever. It came flat and you snap on the shade around two wire rings, top and bottom. It velcros together at the end. The design is genius because it prevents the shade from getting destroyed during transport! There was a small crease in shade but that was likely our fault when unwrapping. I am really enjoying this ceramic table lamp set! They are the perfect size for my end tables in my living room. The last set of lamps I had in there were too tall the focus was on them, which I was not pleased about. I did not realize how much of a difference lamps could make in a room, but these fit right into my room and the colors blend great with my curtains. My only issue is when they came in, I noticed a spot on the bottom of one of the lamps that make it look chipped however, it is where the glaze did not cover.
