I replaced my smaller lights with these for more light in my backyard beds at night. We have frequent furry guests, so it's nice to see who's raiding the feeders. That being said, I don't think you can go wrong with these. They are quite bright for my purpose. They have several options for colors. You can choose between cool white, warm white or a combination of both. You can rotate the colors or just choose one if you like, also. We are still experimenting; so we currently have them on a combination of cool and warm. I am looking forward to changing the colors for upcoming holidays. They seem to be sturdy and durable, but they haven't gone through a Florida summer yet. I'm hoping they survive well. They were reasonably easy to install and only required two screws each. I’m really excited about these deck lights. So far so good. The lights have weight on them feels like it’s made with metal and not just plastic which I love. Makes it’s durable on the deck. If someone was to accidentally step on the light I don’t see it breaking easily. At night the lights brightens up my deck. You can screw them into the deck to keep them in place.
