Two key parts were missing from the package when the item was first delivered. When we asked for the missing parts, we were informed that they were no longer available and our only option was to return the entire package. Wayfair was good about facilitating the return - we had to pack the items into boxes, affix labels provided by them, and place them in front of our house for a FedEx pickup, which they arranged.

The gazebo is wonderful, so easy to put together, two people had it up and ready in 4 hours. It is sturdy, but not too heavy. The privacy and netting screens glide nicely all the way around. I highly recommend this gazebo if you are looking for an easy, sturdy, and classy looking addition to your outdoors.

I order 10 x 10 much smaller, from my measurements it was 8 x 9 my slab is 10 x 10 didn’t meet meet my standard
