This is a great shed to hold other stuff while having remodeling work done. It with stands some rain and wind. However, you probably want to put tarp down around edges as there is no bottom ground underneath edges get wet. I wish the corners were a little more secure but that could do with our assembly. Assembly a little tricky but mostly easy as the poles have to layout the correct way. Also be careful tightening the corner straps so belt does twist or fold in. I managed to put this together by myself. Took two days but I really wasn’t in a hurry. Is decent if you don’t want the heavier metal top but something a bit sturdier than the cloth ones. No written instructions, only pictures. If you can find an assembly video I recommend taking a look at that. Instructions suggest gloves and I believe a mallet hammer. Absolutely use gloves, the rooftop left me with some decent cuts on my hands. If you’re ok with using your hand to “hammer” that works, but you definitely need to do that with the roof. It might seem like it won’t fit but that’s what the mallet hammer is for. Overall I like it but you do get what you pay for. At first I was super upset when I got my packages. They were not handled as written on the box and had several puncture marks on them. I realize this isn’t a fault of Wayfair but they should be aware of the condition of packaging. All of my packages were delivered standing upright instead of flat. Despite a piece of wood being bent and the roof tin having a few dents it still went to together just fine. I did it myself, female. It took me 3 total days. Half a day to organize things and almost 2 12 to build it. No regrets at all. Just pay CLOSE attention to directions as you go so you don’t have to go back and fix anything. I made sure I wouldn’t have to. Good luck! No leaks or anything so far. Will have to be cautious in winter as ice will probably slide right off. Overall very happy with the results!. Jill. Kentucky. The 13'x13' wood gazebo is constructed with a premium spruce wood frame, which is stronger and more stable than regular wood's, with upgraded pit wind performance for an additional 5-10 years of life. Metal gazebo roofs are protected by a high-performance coating that resists fading and UV exposure. Galvanized double-layered roof maintains ventilation. Versatile use scenarios, perfect for your patio, garden, backyard or deck.

First the good. The Gazebo looks amazing and, for the most part, was easy to assemble. We have a circular shaped patio which made it a small challenge to find a shade structure to cover most of the area as efficiently as possible. A rectangular structure that fit on the patio space would not have covered the space great, a rectangular or square structure would have had to be larger than the patio space requiring some digging to secure the system. The Octagonal design and size of the octagon fits almost perfectly onto the space. Assembly was very easy, fortunately I had a hex bit that fit the screws used for the assembly which saved my wrists from the stress of using the provided allan key. Only two hangups with the assembly, one, the metal roof has a layer of shipping film on both sides which took a few hours to remove from all of the pieces, definitely slowed moment. The second issue is the installation of the brackets that secure the roof could have been more clear, it took some time to get everything aligned so the caps could be installed. Some patience is needed for this portion. Only a couple of issues that prevent the 5 star. One, the unit is not very tall, when fully assembled the entry height is only 76" which we were aware of thanks to the drawings in the listing. I solved this by mounting the gazebo to some blocks that raised the height to better align with the patio steps. The other issue is with one of the pieces, it had a split running almost the entire length of the board and, in sections, appeared on both sides of the piece. I did reach out to the email listed in the instructions, they offered a discount on my total purchase, which I accepted. If I need to, replacing the board wouldn't be an issue for me so I accepted the discount, a replacement piece was not offered. In summary, we are very happy with the unit. It provides much needed shade for a space that receives significant sun from noon until 5PM in the summer.
