I just put this up, and it has the most detailed instructions I've ever seen! All of the parts were there, everything numbered, everything fit together real well, I also like how you can take the ends of the shelter off and back on, Ididn't put them on from the beginning but I don't think it's going to be a big deal you just got to go up under the collar that comes around the end to keep weather out when you do have the ends on there. I'm not using the anchoring ropes into the ground, taking one to a tree and the other two into the house. I'll just have to wait and see if it can stand up to South Florida weather. I purchased the 13’ x 15 wooden gazebo only problem they sent me the wrong size the item was of great quality and I’m sure it would have looked great on my outside deck. My customer service person was very, very helpful and accommodating me on getting a refund and accepted the return. I was able to donate the return to Habitat For Humanity because of the item was delivered with one of the boxes busted open with missing pieces too big to return and there was no boxes for the return. I managed to put this together by myself. Took two days but I really wasn’t in a hurry. Is decent if you don’t want the heavier metal top but something a bit sturdier than the cloth ones. No written instructions, only pictures. If you can find an assembly video I recommend taking a look at that. Instructions suggest gloves and I believe a mallet hammer. Absolutely use gloves, the rooftop left me with some decent cuts on my hands. If you’re ok with using your hand to “hammer” that works, but you definitely need to do that with the roof. It might seem like it won’t fit but that’s what the mallet hammer is for. Overall I like it but you do get what you pay for.
