This is a very nice, well built and comfortable gaming chair! The price was great so I thought I’d try it out. The instructions are super clear and the chair is easy to put together. It’s a wide chair on bottom, which has plenty of room. Definitely a good choice, and I researched a lot of chairs before I made this purchase.

It's very hard to rate this chair because it is so great and so terrible in different ways. PROS: 1. Very sturdy construction. 2. Soft to the touch pu leather. (the seat is intentionally extra stiff though, for heavy people). 3. Nice looking. 4. Wide, adjustable armrests. 5. Packaged amazingly well with giant instruction board and top-grade assembly tools. CONS: 1. Lumbar support makes no sense. It is a giant pillow, not shaped for lumbar that doesnt attach to anything and slides around as you sit. (if you'd even want to sit with it.) 2. Head pillow can only attach in one position, which is too high for anyone under 6'1. (I'm 5'11) 3. Seat doesn't rock much when fully loosened. I prefer the more pronounced rocking motion of the GTRacing chair I had before, although this chair is better in most other ways. ***ALSO- this company makes chairs specifically for large people, though they don't say that. Maybe they are afraid to say it so bluntly, but they should, because I'm 5'11 160lbs and this chair is too big for me. Headrest is too high, arms are too wide, seat is too stiff for someone without a large amount of their own natural padding. So I should've read the code words "Ultra" and Luxe" as "large" and "oversized."

It was shipped in a sturdy box and well protected. They take pride in their product. They even give you the TOOLS to assemble the chair. They recommended having some help when you assemble it. I'm a man and don't read directions. I did not have to read they give you a 2' by 4' poster with pictures and instructions and the tools. (Who does that now) It took me about 45 minutes to put it together with no help. By the way I'm 83, and you young ones should do better. The quality of the chair is outstanding. They go so far as to use hog rings like they do in car seats. I am trying to find the right adjustment for the chair to fit my needs.

Love this chair! Relatively easy to put together and looks great. Helps me sit up straight throughout the day and keep good posture. Highly recommend for anyone with a desk job.

I love this chair!!!! It’s very sturdy with multiples settings to move and adjust any which way!!! It was packed very well, with nice big instructions! I didn’t even need to get my readers. Pretty easy assembly with some help from the handsome husband. ) the arms swing out, up and down. The chair has so many positions it’s easy to get comfy for game time!! The back and head rest pillows are removable and easily cleaned! I am so happy with this chair!!! Thanks again Wayfair!!!

Very nice chair! Bought it for my 17 year old son (please excuse his messy room) and he loves it. He’s a big gamer and spends a lot of time in this chair, more than I would like. Very comfortable and well made.

My husband loves his new Ultra Max Gaming Chair. There was very little assembly involved. It provides great lumbar support (he always complained the old office chair hurt his back). It also looks great. I recommend this chair for anyone who works at a desk all day. It's not just for gaming!

This chair was a gift for my husband and he told me that it was very well packed for shipping and came with a poster with assembly instructions in addition to a very nice set of tools to complete the job. He loves the stitching and noted that the vegan leather is a very nice quality. He really appreciates the heavy duty metal components and likes the seat and arm adjustments. There are few drawbacks: the headrest pillow does not stay on, so it’s useless; the lumbar pillow has no way to keep it in a place that works for him, so also useless and; the seat is very hard which has been remedied with the addition of a seat cushion.
