High quality chair! Easy to assemble, although parts were heavy. Comfortable, adjustable, has nonattached lumbar cervical support pillows. Arrived quickly extremely well packaged. Built with taller but not wider people in mind. This 6’ tall older woman with chronic back pain is very happy with it. Only 2 issues 1) the chair base curves up at the sides puts pressure on my thighs-it could use more padding. 2) the lowest seat height couldshould be 2” lower. More for gaming less for office use.
