Im giving this fan 3 stars because its difficult to install. The fan is beautiful. Nice color and quality and I really wanted to love it but its not working right. The app is easy to download and install. Setup was easy. I was excited to have a Wifi enabled fan with an app. My husband installed it but the controls arent working as should. I cant control the brightness, cant switch between the light contrast. There is no support number to contact. The manual wasnt very helpful. We will be taking it down and checking to see if we missed anything. Will update rating if we get the features to work.

We needed a fan for our mudroom and this one works just fine. Has is own app and had some issues getting it hooked up to our Alexa but for now it’s working fine on the light switch… one thing I can’t get used to however is when you first flip the switch, the fan makes a loud beep! Not bad, just throws me off because I’m not used to it. Other than using the app, I can also flip the wall switch to toggle through the 3 light modes. Our favorite is the warm white, the medium warm isn’t bad but the blue white is off putting. The light shines straight down like the shape of it shows.
