Definitely not firm at all. They sink and fold in way to easily. No support at all.

These pillows are too small to be jumbo. They are not firm at all all. I am not satisfied at all.

This item is not what I reguisted. It was not firm . It was 2 jumbo soft pillows. It was returned and you sent me a return slip. It was given to Fed ex on March 18th I have not received my refund. The pillows were not open in its indivdual orginal package. But the package it was in was open. It was open to see what it was and taped back. I would like my refund because I was sent the wrong item.

Not really jumbo and not really firm either. I bought them specifically for shams so I wanted loft. They’re ok, but not what I expected.

A little support great for those that like a little support for sleeping

I bought these for the firm support. Week one they were great, nice support. Week 2 I was putting pillow cases on and the pillow was folding on itself. The loft is gone and the pillow is flat and lumpy. Basically I now have a thread sandwhich. Will someone please bring back quality pillows. No wonder the world has gone crazy. We have all severed our spines sleeping on Thread sandwiches . This is definitely not firm support and at this point Id be hard pressed to say it was soft support.
