[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 7 quart slow cooker was used for the first time to make soup. As a household of one person, I thought I would struggle to find uses for a slow cooker this large when I mostly use a 2.5 qt. Turns out it’s perfect to make soup so I can portion out to share and stock up my freezer. Next up will be pork bbq using a big pork shoulder to cook for 10 hours before shredding. This is the first time using digital controls which are very easy to use as shown on my video. The best feature is that it automatically switches to the warm setting after the amount of hours has been completed. Love this pressure cooker! I've been using an aluminum PC for years, but recently changed to an induction cooktopand needed an induction compatible PC. It's easy to close the lid securely, to tell when pressure has been achieved, and to quick release the pressure. Yes, it's expensive, but I'll have it the rest of my life and pass it on when I die.
