Florence Solarium with Metal Roof

The solarium loos great and feels big inside! This is a pic of a 12x12’ placed on a 15x15’ stamped concrete. We added a solar light fixture inside and a propane fire pit. I was worried about the vinyl windows with the fire pit, but it doesn’t get too hot for the fire.

We love it! Made very well, took 4 people to put it up, but was worth it! We sit and watch the birds!

I can not tell you yet because the wrong items were shipped. I ordered a 12x15 gazebo. 4 of the 5 boxes shipped were for a 12x12. I am still waiting for the correct ones to arrive. I have requested some kind of refund and have not received a response. I ordered this on October 8th. It is Nov. 8 and I have no idea when I am getting it. My window to erect it in the northeast is getting smaller by the day. I will not make a large purchase (over $5000) again with you. Depending how this goes. this could be my last purchase.

I started putting this 12x12 gazebo together by myself. It was a challenging task and it is doable. I had my wife help me getting the first two walls up. The rest was pretty easy. I needed to jump ahead in the instructions to see what they actually wanted. One difficult part was getting the spines for the roof together. But with a little ingenuity, I was able to use a ladder and an extended pole to hold up the middle of the roof until I put all the other spines in place. It was also some difficulty in trying to figure out how the roof panel stayed up, but after going through the instruction, several times I was able to figure that out overall it took me two days to put it together, working on it several hours a day. Overall it took a while to put together I think if you’re capable you can do it. I really like how it now looks.

Received today, will be installed in the future. Delivery was perfect and the crew very respectful, we don't live in a place with easy access and the long driveway is tight because of trees. All the boxes appear fine and were well palleted. Even was delivered before expected date!

Based on the description it is just what we need but have not put it together as yet.

We are enjoying our solarium very much . Perfect for our swim spa. It was a little difficult putting the roof on over the spa. But that is not the solariums problem

Bought this to replace a very old gazebo after a complete overhaul of my back yard. The gazebo is perfect, you can open the windows all around- they side down nicely. They are not glass which is what I don’t want. It’s a three season room. It keeps the sun out, allows a lovely breeze. I’ll attach pics for review. I did price out others through patio companies and they are over $20,000 easy. For the price it does a great job. I did not assemble so not sure on that but I did not hear it was an issue. I hope this steers you towards this, great purchase.
