This is perfect and was a great weekday 2 person project to put together and adhere to the house. It's an elegant color/texture, and functions perfect for our needs. The door is loud when shutting it with the metal on metal contact. The windows are awesome to be able to open, we drilled holes in the frames to be able to open the windows halfway down rather than bottom up, and it's exactly what we wanted for our outdoor patio/lanai enclosure.. Well it is somewhat disappointing. Super hot from the sun. But the install they Wayfair is questionable at best. Although the guys were really nice they didn’t even use the correct screwsetc. See photos. The end piece fell off the next day and the trim is falling off, the ceiling isn’t even screwed in in places, scres are just missing in the entry area, the screen is defective seems to have been doubled back on itself and n entire row is missing.. We’ve only had this for 3 days put together . This is an excellent purchase, the reviews in the past almost made me not want to purchase it because ppl were stating directions were bad and long hours of putting it together. This was far from the truth. We had no problem putting this together. It took 2 hours with 2 ppl to put together the base. Another 4hours to assemble the top(this would be the most work) and another 2 hours to tighten everything up and hang the curtains up. Total time is 8 hours and WE LOVE this space.
