This was just what I wanted: the ability to have variable lighting, to direct the light where I wanted (mostly to be indirect lighting) and a light switch that isn't so high up that I can't adjust number of lights from my chair. It was a cinch to put together. I admit I was intimidated when I saw how small the box was because I figured it was in more pieces than I expected but not really. The only difference from assembly of any other lamp that is shipped is that there are five lights and therefore five shades and bulbs.

I am a teacher and purchased this fun lamp for my classroom! I love it!

The on/off knob is easy to reach; electric cord is long; the lamp was very easy to assemble. The base is heavy enough to make the lamp stable.

I love this in my daughters room it’s perfect for her rainbow theme.
