Wood grain look is nicerealistic. I don’t think it will scratch easily. Because there are two configuration options it is quite confusing, mainly the drawer part, but holes lined up just fine. Very nice, love the colors and design. Very thick quality material. I actually purchased 1 panel(50x96) to make into a valance for my 60" window in bathroom. I used the 96" length side to hang horizontally using wooden rings. Then i folded/pinned back several inches and hand sewed & steamed and I think looks great! I couldn't find many if any valances I liked for 60" window so had the idea to buy drape panel of pattern i liked and make my own! Didn't have to cut. I may in future change to a tie-up valance.
