Love our gazebo

The product is too good , easy install though I have engaged gazebo installation team from outside company . The only problem I have noticed is the plastic cover for the window rather glass or some good material - felt it’s an easy one to be torn . Overall all worth , thought it came to 5.5k. ( incl tax) with the installation price. Still to fix some battery powered led lights and fan is needed during summer time .

Very sturdy regarding the winds. Roof only lasted 2 years. It is getting holes in the top layer. Not sure how to fix it. Shame it was a great hot tub room. Winter snow will destroy it now that the water can get in between the roof panes.

3950.00 I purchased this beautiful gazebo in February 2021 and had it up for 5 months at my lakeside camp site. I am now selling it because it is not allowed at my new campsite, which is actually just off the lake. I am in the Upstate in South Carolina. If you are interested and can pick it up, its yours! I paid for both the solarium and installation from handy and it was supposed to be done in January. As you may know it is May 28, 2022. It was never finished and handy the third party has not given any solutions to take care of the salerium or the damage that was left by the installer as well as what happened in the days after the snow melted. Now I have a bent door, holes in screens and the tinted material lastly scratches and rust on several other parts due to how the salerium blew off the concrete and on the grass neither door was accessible. Handy has stopped responding to me and I don't even know what to say about this situation other than I'm completely devastated to have spent so much money to cover our hot tub and we have been completely unable to maintain our hot tub so now we have to drain the water that is black with mold floating pieces... we have never been in the hot tub and it may be ruined?! How we got here my husband 73 years old had to ask his brothers over an hour and a half away and just a few years younger to move the salerium from the grass to back on the concrete! I'm disappointed both items were new and the top of the hot tub cover is currently stained, the salerium my husband and brothers or maybe some of my nephew's haven't gotten that far are going to try and finish putting it together. My husband is trying to buy parts needed as the previous installer broke pieces in the top brackets that you attach the supports to for building the ceiling or roof. Also being able to get inside almost every metal piece is scratched and even dented it either happened when the installer unpacked the parts or it was the way we received it at this point its a guess. I have several pictures but can't show they won't let me.

Arrived and I had to wait a few months to build concrete pad - assembly team is here but we only have 3 of the 4 of these parts.

I love this structure! This is my second one. Unfortunately, after 4 years of housing my outdoor living room, part of a very large tree decided to fall right on the roof of my old one after being hit by lightning. Amazingly, even though the roof collapsed, if there were people inside they would have been fine!! The walls held up!

Haven't put it together yet.can you recomend a handy man? All together and love it

I’m still waiting to see what happens... Today was the installation of our solarium. Half way through installing the handyman realized it’s 13.5 x 13.5 NOT 12x12 as stated. Wayfair had me send the pictures over to the manufacturers. I sent them the pictures and I’m waiting for a response. I paid 4000 to have a foundation for this and had it planned for my daughters sweet 16 which we’re having at our home. So far we’re extremely disappointed. This is my first issue with Wayfair, hopefully their customer service is good. I will post a follow up.
