They explain exactly how to put it together and it literally only takes like 15mins to put together. I like the quality feel of the wood and the chair. The wood is solid while the leather seems tough. Seems pretty durable and like it will last a while. The chair top is on a spring swivel which is great. It allows you to easy turn from side to side. The only slight improvement I could see is making the seat a little softer. The bottom is a little harder but it might soften up a little over time.
