We actually bought this to use as a stand for a large geode that we didn't want to have sitting flat on our new luxury-vinyl floors and risk it scratching/tearing them up, but we didn't want the board to stand out from the flooring. This one matches our floors almost perfectly, and it's heavy and stable enough to fully support the geode without worrying about it cracking under the weight (it's quite heavy) or shifting. It worked out perfectly!. Michele. Olympia, WA. Mon Jan 15 2024

An aesthetic and ecological set, this cutting board with two wooden bowls is perfectly adapted for daily culinary use. It can also be the object of an original gift for a table art lover. Handmade from walnut wood by our craftsmen Lahcen & Boujaamaa from Marrakech. The wood used comes from old walnut trees that no longer produce fruit and are cut down to be replaced by young trees. The fruit of the walnut tree brings in more income than the wood itself. It's the way to be sure that we use sustainable resources.

We've taken our best-selling carving board and made it in rich American Walnut. Made for going out to the BBQ or bringing your roast to the family table. The undercut handles make carrying easy. There is a flat surface that is perfect for carving your favorite fall-of-the-bone ribs and grilled steaks. A wide groove collects the juices while you carve keeping your counters and table nice and tidy.

So far so good. No complaints yet. Hefty piece of wood. Very poor packaging for a 600 dollar - literally arrived in a box with no inner padding so some of the outer edges are a bit beat up, hence the 4 stars. That’s the only thing that I would be cautious about. Also waited for over a month for this piece to ship. We’ll see how it holds up over the next month or two.. Joshua. Sun Feb 11 2024
